As a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC1534582), Coastal Association Services provides contracting support for capital improvements, renovations, common-area upgrades, building improvements, and major repair projects.
Maintenance, Repairs & Building Restoration
We assist communities with ongoing maintenance, corrective repairs, painting, exterior restoration, pressure cleaning, structural repairs, and property-improvement work.
Structural Repairs & SIRS-Related Projects
Coastal Association Services helps associations plan and carry out repairs and restoration work identified through inspections, reserve planning, and Structural Integrity Reserve Study requirements. We coordinate scopes, budgets, contractors, schedules, and communication.
Project Management & Board Coordination
From bidding and scope development through scheduling, contractor coordination, and progress updates, Coastal Association Services provides an organized point of contact for association projects. Work remains subject to board direction and approval.
